lWork as a Quality Assurance Officer for the security team of the Dentons Law Firm.
I work as an intermediary between Lenders (Australian banks) and custodian groups.
In this role i have been allocated a number of responsibilities for the firm
- Information Analysis: as a QA, I have assessed the validity of every loan document for every matter my division processes for the past 3 years - totally over 40,000 Matters.
- Training: I am responsible for the training of our new staff, and have written the training guides for each of our lenders.
- Liaising: I liaise with every level of management and every team in order to complete my role as QA. I also liaise with a number of our lenders directly to correct or clarify matters.
- Precedent creation: With my experience in my role, I am the authority on process creation for our lenders - balancing legal and lender requirements for our matters.
- Administrative Skills: I am responsible for a number of other administrative tasks, including organising couriers, document intake and face to face client interactions

This role was a temporary, casual employment with the AEC during the 2019 Federal Election. During this employment I was tasked with certain responsibilities I find relevant to this role:
- Discretion: In this role I was required to be politically neutral and discrete about voter identity. If a ballot was returned with a fault, it was my responsibility to keep the voters identity anonymous and report the ballot to a leader.
