Leadership Experience
As a scaffolder part 2 I have experienced various sites. On Jaguar Land Rover working for Beech Company LTD I have shown great leadership skills when I would lead a gang of 3 men and would work efficiently to meet deadlines for jobs that are required. Working for the likes of Bilfinger and Linkforce on high risk petrochemical and mining sites has taught me that safety is always a number one priority when undergoing tasks within the workplace no matter how big or small they may seem.
