• Responsible for the support and maintenance of our Corporate Applications, Oracle EBS, Ascender Payroll, OneStaff Rostering and HCM.

• Liaising with application vendors, DI&T technical staff and application users to resolve application problems, log bugs, review requirements for enhancements and manage version control.

Department of Treasury and Finance – Shared Services

• Finance Team Lead and Solutions Architect included functional consulting, systems design, design review, and transitioning of Government Agencies.
• Responsible for functional and technical consultants and and assigned agency employees. Overseeing the transitioning of 21 Government Agencies into the Finance and Procurement solution.
• Solution design of Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Purchasing.
• Solution design for I-Expenses to Payroll for Government employees cash reimbursements. Successfully implementing I-Expenses, Credit Card solution.
• Developing, leading and conducting CRP’s (Conference Room Pilots) for application roll out using AIM methodology.
• Project Management responsibilities and reporting activity for client billing.
• Functional consulting, requirements analysis, solution (system and business process) architecture/design, build, test, support and associated documentation.

• Engaged to conduct a series of workshops to assist the customer in centralising Supply operations using Oracle applications.
• Facilitated several quality assurance reviews of Supply Chain for HCN 11.5.10 implementation.

Department of Education and Training (DET) – Shared Services

• Finance and Procurement Quality Assurance/Solution Architect. Product Implemented: R12 Financials.

• Lead role in establishing connectivity to the Pacific Health Exchange (a central electronic document exchange for trading partners to transmit purchasing documentation) in 2001. SJGHC was one of the first health industry customers to participate in this customised B2B electronic commerce solution for the health care industry.
• Partnered with Johnson & Johnson Medical to pioneered Virtual Integration (B2b Delivery of Purchasing documentation with major SJGHC trading partner).
• Training and implementation of Oracle Financials to Hospitals, Pathology and Radiology practices.
• Involved in the transformation of Eastern Region Supply service to a centralised model. Hands-on role.
• Systems Upgrades 10.7NCA and 11.5.7 Fresh install, including restructuring and re-mapping new Chart of Accounts for data migration.
