I have been a dedicated Educator in both NSW and QLD in both the public, private and catholic educational settings for over the last 20 years.
After graduating form the University of Wollongong in 2002 with a Bachelor of Education I lived overseas teaching in various schools in the UK.
Upon returning the Australia in 2008 I was employed at Somerset College on the Gold Coast in Queensland where I held various roles as a full time employee until 2020. I taught across the P - Year 12 curriculum extensively in both Mathematics (Grades 5 - 10) and HPE (Prep - Year 11).
In addiction to my teaching responsibilities and commitment to the College, I held various roles including hockey and cross country coach, assistant to the Director of Sport and Head of House throughout my 11 Year's at the College.
After 2020 I have been employed by the Lismore Catholic Diocese in NSW in various teaching roles. I worked in a full time capacity at St Josephs College, Banora Point as a PDHPE teacher for 2 Years and now as a PDHPE and Mathematics Teacher at Mount St Patricks College, Murwillumbah.
I have become an expert in building and developing quality relationships in my career. This has enabled me to become an enthusiastic and passionate teacher by helping students fulfill their potential as they journey into life beyond school.
I am kind, compassionate, have exceptional communication skills and would love the opportunity share my experience and passion for education with you.
Andrew.
