Recently I sold my business in Air-Conditioning after 17 years and are now looking for a new challenge. My journey as a business owner, general manager together with business development, across several industries has provided me with skills to converse with people at any level. My journey has taught me the importance of customer retention from building relationships though integrity.

  • Director, expand the business from 3.4M in revenue to 10m
  • My mechanical and management experience provided transferrable skills to re build an established business into a well respected brand with 28 full time staff
  • Built a modern showroom in Airport West, a fleet of cars and in the cloud production software and Xero accounting system
  • As one of two Directors my role was business development into the building and construction industry while developing networks with key suppliers, commercial customers, architects and customers
  • Many of our customers included 70 primary & Secondary Schools, SME in the Northern suburbs and larger manufacturers such as Visy Board and Armguard

  • Initially employed to head up an existing sales team in Pre-Press at Port Melbourne and assess the existing teams capabilities.
  • Identifying & developing new business nationally with retail multi-national businesses, Coles, Myer Direct & all major Advertising Agency’s in Melbourne and Sydney. Recruit and train a sales team to manage the above accounts.
  • Promoted and relocated to North Sydney for 2-years to set up and build two start-up operations ShowAds Digital & DBooks. Both businesses turned a profit within the first 2-years of operation from a $2M set up.
  • Also sent OS, to Europe and USA to identify new markets and report back to the company CEO with recommendation.
  • Promoted to a National Marketing Manager position after 3-years.
  • Developed customers on a national level for each state office.
