Additional responsibilities included the allocation of staffing and resources, development of company policy, development and review of agency remuneration, and media training. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Management, I also acted as a senior consultant and strategic advisor to key agency accounts.

I completed a Bachelor of Business over 5 years whilst working full-time and continue to educate myself through reading and online courses.

Outside of work I have captained a number of cricket teams for the Coomoora Cricket Club and was the School Captain at my primary school.
