Summary

I read with much interest and refer to the advertised Carpark Coordinator position within BACS based at TPCH, Chermside (PCH557927). I have been seeking such an opportunity and firmly regard as true this is an avenue to utilise my current skills set in addition to extending my knowledge base. It is my strong belief that I possess the requisite attributes and house the capacity to acquire skills necessary to make the role a success.

My time working in various capacities throughout Queensland Health has afforded familiarity and experience in high level administrative competencies. I have supported Directors, doctors, senior scientists and management whereby continually exposed to fast paced environments. I have more than met the requirements of clients and proven adept in achieving results for the betterment of my team and department. I acknowledge the criticality to work efficiently in establishing priorities and meeting predetermined deadlines. I am confident my communication proficiency will translate to positive interaction, negotiations and dealings with diverse stakeholders pertaining to this role. Experience managing a carpark facility may be limited as such but my fifteen years with QH will arm my capability to excel in this position.

I arrow towards opportunities to develop my knowledge as exhibited throughout my employment. Adept with Microsoft applications and finance-based billing, I also welcome the prospect of advancing and learning further for the improvement of myself and the team. It has beenestablished that throughout my employment history customer service, a devout work ethic, attention to detail, confidentiality management and acting in accordance with proper conduct is at the forefront and of paramount importance, whereby my record exemplifies these facets and characteristics.

Effectual communication is imperative with maintaining quality customer relations and it is my belief strength lies with my oral and written components. Time management is critical in meeting deadlines and achieving set goals. It has been demonstrated during my roles supporting all parties and will continue with any task I face moving forward.
