  • Post and manage clearances for all formally advertised positions and permanent appointments to ensure Redeployees, Case managers and displaced staff may apply and be considered for appointment within the agency
  • Review and update JDF’s and work the business areas to ensure the roles duties and responsibilities are accurately captured
  • Liaise with our Establishment teams to make sure the latest JDF’s are provided to them for formal classification and registration
  • Daily use of Empower (and formally Ascender) to locate employee records such as prior employment history, personnel details, line manager structure and current pay/leave information

  • Conduct leave audits and leave transfers for new and existing employees
