• Oversee the operations of 5 stores

• Working on Open Cut mine sites on several different contracts for Mine Operators in Blackwater, QLD, my roles have involved operating Dump Trucks for hauling coal
• Other responsibilities have included haul road maintenance operating a water cart, mine machine maintenance and carrying out repairs where necessary
• I have also been involved in Pre strip over burden and rehabilitation

• I started my own company together with a qualified plumber in order to provide a service in putting sewer systems for the residents of Picton
• This involved putting in sewers to domestic properties
• I predominantly dealt with drainage and my partner carried out the plumbing
• I was responsible for everything from initial quotes, preparation of the site, removal of sceptic tanks, installation of pipes, buying materials, testing installations and then arranging for inspections to be carried out
• KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Communicating effectively with members of the public, providing excellent customer service and receiving excellent feedback received from our clients
• Servicing over 200 properties over a four year period and achieving 100% Client satisfaction.

• As part of a 4 month contract, this role mainly involved the demolition of an existing school building
• I was responsible for operating an excavator, driving trucks, operating a water cart, roller, grader and dealing with dust suppression and asbestos removal
• Health and Safety was especially crucial on a hazardous site with children and members of the public in the area.

• This role involved working on the Olympic site for the Sydney Olympics
• Many sites were contaminated which involved toxic waste and asbestos removal, rehabilitating land, putting clean fill over contaminated land, dust suppression and installing drainage to make it suitable for residential use and parklands
• My responsibilities included operating several machines; roller and Working as part of a large team, I was also responsible for managing labourers, dump truck operators, and water cart operators and for their H&S across several sites.
