• Responsible for month and year end reconciliations, reporting to General Manager and Board.

• Performing analytical review and assessment of significant risks in each organisation.

• Reviewing month end reporting and reconciliations, cash flow statements, and cash flow forecasts.

• Preparation of management reports to be sent to Boards identifying control weaknesses and inefficiencies and recommending improvements to internal and external stakeholders.

• Preparation of Financial Statements that adhere with the relevant accounting standards.

• 4 month secondment to Crowe Horwath Chicago working in their reporting season, January – April 2016.

• Managing smaller sized clients with direct reporting to partner.

• On larger assignments, was responsible for more technically challenging areas.

• Experience in listed mining entities, property management, horse studs, funds management and manufacturing and distribution industry based companies.

• Evaluating the client’s internal controls, prepare audit programs outlining the extent of work required.

• Preparation or review of financials statements ensuring compliance with standards.
