Answer: On occasions of working alone, I assessed workload suitability for independent work by communicating with venue and transport hub. Assured patient safety and safety for myself. Ensured level of patient mobility and cognitive level was that of a suitable one on one transport. Open communication with all parties, including patient. Transportation was delivered in a timely manner.
