During my role, i would assist with the bill run each month, i also undertook three personal projects that i had to complete each month. i dealt with customer queries on a day to day basis delivering high levels of customer service over the phone and via email.

• Served high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.
• Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory.
• Kept bar presentable and well-stocked to meet customer needs.
• Followed alcohol awareness procedures for preventing excessive guest intoxication.
• Served food during some events such as parties and charity days.

I worked at AXA setting up injury claims for customers, dealing with customers over email and the phone, I have also taken on some personal monthly projects to help our bespoke clients which require a good use of Microsoft Excel.

I became a manager at Ladbrokes within a year and ran my own shop, setting up the shop daily, customer interaction, setting rotas and organising staff. Ensuring that customers had everything they required in order to place the bets they want with no hassle was the key to running a happy shop.

I worked as a voluntary primary school teacher at a school in Tanzania. I planned and delivered lessons as well as organising a sports day for the children whilst there.
