• Started in 2007 as a Development Engineer on a venture project, took on the role of Senior Product Development Engineer in 2008 and then Manager - New Product Development in 2010 managing a team of industrial and mechanical design engineers
• Design high precision injection moulding components and assemblies, pressure die casting parts, metal stamped parts and electro-mechanical assemblies for high volume production
• Responsible for end to end product design and development
• Manage team of engineers, designers and report product development progress to the senior management
• Understand the customer requirements, document, design (parts and assemblies) using 3DCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks and analyse designs using FEA and MoldFlow Simulations
