My role consist of passionately working with Children and Family in the community, Providing effective service towards the Immunization school base educational programs.

Duties:

• Organizing School base immunization Program's for multiple assigned school in my base.
• Worked passionately providing holistic approach with Children and families in the community.
• Responsible for maintaining Vaccinations in department.
• Maintained professional and productive working relationships with community Schools.
• Working within team setting, providing leadership guidance, distributing work to team.
• Visit home environments to help clients develop comprehensive life.
• Produced monthly reports with advanced Excel spreadsheet functions.
• Document data and complete accurate updates to case records.
