Ø Communications: Conducting full review of Equipsuper's Product Disclosure Statements, Fact Sheets and various other publications, working closely with Risk and Compliance and other stakeholders, managing the full process from draft through to approval and print.
Ø Regularly update Equipsuper's website including a full review annually. Plan and coordinate communication projects and campaigns.
Ø Building and maintaining outstanding relationships both internally with other business units and also externally with outsourced suppliers.
Ø Event Management: Arranging regular Equipsuper Financial Planning Seminars, Employer (client) luncheons and staff Christmas party.
Ø Coordinate the delivery of communications to various business units, including the branch network, Private Banking and Financial Planning, and provide support to internal communications projects and activities.
Ø Autonomously manage the sourcing, writing, editing and publication of various business unit newsletters on a weekly and fortnightly basis, ensuring deadlines are met and publications are issued on time and to a high quality.
Ø Recommend and implement improvements to newsletters.
