Summary

My 10 year public sector experience is represented across human resources and talent acquisition for bulk operational campaign recruitment - highly contentious, fast paced and dynamic. My private sector experience of more than 10 years includes advocacy, customer service and relationship management. I am an advocate for change, able to translate strategy into messaging that influences and inspires. I use a mix of servant and transformational leadership to engage and influence. I am driven by a desire to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment. My greatest strength is being with people, connecting, building relationships, leveraging strengths and enhancing individual, team and organisational capability.
