In my role at Tillman Park ELC:

- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

- Support children with separation anxiety/ emotional needs

- Support children in their daily routines and learning program

- Supervision and safety of all children, maintaining correct ratios

- Use positive behaviour management for children

- Work in collaboration with children, families and colleagues

- Observing, programming planning for children's learning using play-based learning

- Participated in team meetings, critical self reflection, documentations

Previous to working at Tillman Park ELC, I had experience working in different centres around Inner West, South, Sutherland Shire, and metro areas, working with different age groups and settings. I had some experience with children with special needs and learned how to support them in collaboration with the therapist and other educators.

Performed general chair-side duties, cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment, administration duties, appointments.
