As a hard-working individual, I can manage multiple deadlines, while working in accordance with policies and procedures to deliver quality work. I am proficient with MYOB and Microsoft office suite. I have used Microsoft products to create and streamline workplace protocols and “how-to"s, therefore creating a more efficient workplace where required.
I have long standing experience in customer service and management. My previous roles have given me the opportunity to develop my skills to direct and coordinate staff, and to plan projects. I work successfully to complete my individual tasks, yet I also work equally well as a team member.
My goal is to secure a position which will give me the opportunity to apply my experience and knowledge that I have acquired during my previous positions, but that will also provide opportunities to grow and learn.
