- Site lead for ultrasound at Caboolture Hospital which includes but not limited to managing worklists and staff, overseeing productivity, ensuring efficient workflow practices while maintaining high standards of patient care and outcomes.
- Ultrasound senior committee member attending regular meetings and working closely with the chief sonographer and higher management team to ensure optimal outcomes for Imed, staff and patients.
- Developed and implemented a successful comprehensive obstetric training program for both sonographers and obstetricians
- Supervised and trained junior sonographers focussing on efficiency, competency and patient care
- Manages, coordinates and participates in Caboolture Hospital weekend and call rosters for sonographers
- Collaborates and coordinates with referrers, radiologists and other medical imaging professionals to deliver optimal patient care and outcomes
- Ensures site equipment is maintained and serviced liaising with vendors to ensure timely repairs when needed
- Previously held positions of Senior Sonographer at Chermside Clinic (2008/2009), Strathpine clinic (2010,2011), Haskings St clinic, North Lakes Clinic (2016 - 2018) plus worked at SOGI performing high level obstetric imaging
- Performs and interprets high quality ultrasounds with wide clinical complexity in both clinic and hospital setting including obstetric, vascular, paediatric, general, breast and MSK
