Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the ATT piggyback cargo profile, and treating suspected attempts to piggyback legitimate supply chains of Trusted Trader importers.
  • Conducting eligibility assessments for ATT accreditation.
  • Trusted Trader Financial viability checks, revalidation and Entity Reports.
  • Monthly Reporting - Integral to the downloading and emailing of approximately 1400 monthly trade reports to Australian Trusted Traders on a monthly basis.
  • Monitoring of the ATT Imports Feedback and Trusted Trader mailboxes.
  • Analytical reporting and processing using a variety of systems, such as: Enterprise Reporting (SAPBI), ICS, NIS, ICSE, Illion Direct and interflow.
  • Responding to feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members.
