Research contemporary practices for indigenous training packages both nationally and internationally
Design curriculum and present to the TAAC the Transition to Constable program policy

Manage and be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Office of the Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner/Assistant Commissioner in order to meet strategic and organisational objectives.
