VICTORIA POINT,Australia

Summary

I am an experienced endorsed midwife with almost 30 years experience. I have a passion for providing person centered, respectful and evidence based care and I am an experienced leader, mentor and preceptor. I possess the skills that enable me to work to the full scope of midwifery practice and teach others to provide safe and effective care.

I aim to provide care that is consensual, ethical, inclusive and equitable for all and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Where pregnancy is complex or complicated, I involve and collaborate with other appropriate health professionals to obtain the safest and best outcome for both mother and baby, while ensuring their personal needs and preferences are at the centre of the decision making.

I am proud of my profession and strive to support and influence others to develop and maintain skills that enable them to work to deliver the best possible care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
