• Identifying and reporting hazards within the park facility
• Respond appropriately to risks by ceasing operation until further inspection and permission from park supervisors
• Communicate with guests on safety measures and protocols prior to commencing operation of a ride
• Manage guest relations and complaints appropriately

▪ Organise stimulating, personalized and meaningful experiences for children based on their individual interests, skill level and needs.

▪ Provide adequate supervision at all times.

▪ Assist in the completion of daily cleaning checklists and abide by the sanitary standards of the centre.

▪ Monitor the hygiene of children under care and prioritise their health and safety.

▪ Apply positive behaviour management tools.
