Within 5 years working experience in Aged Care and Disability, I have gained and work with several providers. Working as a personal care attendant is a challenging career. I proudly working in the community especially for elderly, has build me as a strong character with a confident approach at work, developed strong communication skills, team work, better understanding and a good documentation, a great time management whether in team or independent work. Working in several departments and areas are essentially beneficial to understand the environment, people and self understanding. Enable self manage, emotions, feelings and stress to work professionally.
