Angel Lhyn Pingca

Throughout my career, I have achieved several milestones that reflect my dedication and passion for early childhood education. I successfully completed my Certificate III and Diploma qualifications while gaining hands-on experience. I progressed from a trainee to Room Leader, and later to Assistant Floor Manager, where I developed strong leadership and mentoring skills. I take pride in contributing to the improvement of daily programs, supporting children’s development, and building strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues. My achievements have helped create a positive, collaborative learning environment for both children and staff.

I have a strong passion for painting, which I pursue as a creative outlet alongside my professional work. While I do not consider myself an expert, painting has been an important part of my personal development, allowing me to express creativity, patience, and attention to detail — qualities that I also bring into my professional environment.
