I am currently in year 12 at Aquinas College, studying modern history, geography, English, human biology, math, and religion with the aim of studying archaeology at UWA or at an overseas university. At school, I am well liked and respected by both friends and teachers, and I have consistently achieved top marks in punctuality, attitude, behaviour, organisation, and attention to uniform.
Since enrolling at Aquinas, I have consistently achieved the highest award for character (character excellence 95-100%) every term for 12 terms straight from years 7-9, until they discontinued the award in year 10. I have also received the highest award for academic excellence (academic excellence 95–100%). I've enjoyed participating in bush care volunteering throughout my school career, and have been recognised for my efforts with two service awards from Aquinas College.
In my day-to-day life, I believe I express qualities of kindness towards all who are around me, humility by not showing off my achievements, respectfulness by understanding people's boundaries and ideas and being calm and responsible.
Year 12
In year 10, I received the service award and service colours for 60+ hours of community service throughout my middle and senior school years at Aquinas. I have participated in bush rehabilitation programmes for the local shires of South Perth and Como and helped rebuild the exclusive bushland of the Mount Henry Peninsula.
Occasionally I build some models as a way to relax and forget about the stresses of school, I am always doing some sort of bush care volunteering either at Aquinas College or at my local shire and I also enjoy playing my favourite sports, soccer and tennis, with friends in and out of school, weekends and weekdays
