Enthusiastic 19 year old, who has grown up on potato farm and sheep farm hence experience in this field whilst also being involved in hospitality industry for Weber, Bears Cafe and botega bandit and grain industry for Vitera. The roles of working on a sheep and potato farm included long hours in difficult working environment, working closely with adults of mixed ages from 18-65, to complete roles for the farm owners. Whilst working for Weber Grill Academy I worked after school from 4-10:30. Furthermore, I have working experience at Vitera Tailem bend where I also work long hours in the weather working with groups to offload grain trucks. The wide variety of employment has allowed me to gain skills such as, computer literacy, cooperation, strong communication and hardworking dedicated employee. My aim is to get work in various fields and conduct operations for my employer.

  • I have been involved with this company for 5 years and have worked in School breaks. This role included various farm roles such as sheep drenching, vaccinating, marking, tagging, tailing etc. Additionally this role consisted of a wide range of tractor and other machinery operations such as potato chasing, discing, cultivating, air-seeding, clay ripping as well as telehandling and forklift use. Many day to day tasks will consist of forklift/telehandling operation where i would lift multiple potato crates/wool on/off trucks as well as pipes, fences, stumps, etc hence i believe that operation of these machines is a strength of mine. Lastly, I have had extensive experience in harvest and potato grading. Typically days would consist of long hours in hot weather with the day starting at 5:30-6:00am and finishing at 7:00-8:00pm on extreme days but typically finishing at 6pm.

I offer expert advice on boards, boots, bindings, and apparel, ensuring each customer has the best possible experience. My goal is to combine product knowledge with great service to support every rider’s journey on the mountain. I also was a technician where i would conduct roles such as waxing and general snowboard maintenance.

  • Over the summer of 2024/2025 I participated in a working holiday in Hakuba Japan. The role was executed in a cafe on the ski mountain. Days would consist of a heavy flow of continuous customers leading to high pressure environments and long tiring days. My role would vary from doing food prep in the back, serving out front, cooking and preparing burgers, cleaning various spills/dishes/surfaces and cooking machines(grill, rice cookers, ect).

  • A hopper and stacker operator for Vitera is a short term intense harvest role. This role consists of me working with a combination of large and small groups. In this role clear communication and cooperation is essential to coordinate and execute proper grain handling and offloading of trucks. As a hopper and stacker operator I ensure that the grain is offloaded from the truck and stacked into large holding bunkers neatly. This role starts at 6am and finishes 2:30pm on weekdays and 6:00pm on weeekends.

  • Botega bandit is a gourmet sandwich cafe. I would work here during year 12 on mostly weekends acting as a table clearer/ table server. As this cafe was very busy I would also help out with other roles such as food prep, dishes, pantry stocking and working the till.
