As Co-founder of P.I., strong, energetic leadership is required to grow the business and client relationships. Collaboration and a relentless work ethic provide the knowledge for engaging a team to maximize their enthusiasm, drive and sense of fulfillment. Along with skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and networking, I am a creative at heart, and this lens influences everything I do. Ultimately, it leads me to be innovative and try things not done before.
University and past roles like guest experience attendant, furniture lifter, waiter, Deli operator and farmer, have taught what humans are like across diverse environments. This breadth of experience has given the skills to quickly adapt to any professional/social environment, and find the best way to engage with people and their unique backgrounds to show them why my, or my employer's product, service or idea matters to them.
