  • Providing surgical support for distal extremities and trauma in theatre

  • Within 2 months of being the clinical I surpassed the territory manager looking after the territory and was granted 3 hospitals to manage
  • Since taking over the territory we have seen an approx 20% growth in the account making it the second largest account in APAC
  • I have had the opportunity to take on leadership roles and run training's company wide on some system's and help on board new starters
  • Developed and maintained key relationships with surgeon's in the territory, while also being able to achieve large amounts of new business

  • I predominantly oversee distal radius, ulna shortening, ankle, distal radius and clavicle fixation operations
  • Aiding in operations, with my knowledge of the correct surgical technique and product knowledge by assisting scrub nurses and advising surgeons
  • There is a large logistical part to this job and ensuring the correct products are at the operations every time, communicating with hospitals, warehousing, nursing staff, surgeons rooms and/or surgeons
