Assist strategy development for Club Development, including Club Development Strategy document management, review, update and action delivery. Deliver Club Governance compliance - AGMs, Consumer Affairs compliance, Constitution audits, uniform compliance, affiliation compliance, etc. Support clubs in the development of their own club strategic plan. Support relationships with NRL stakeholders to service and connect with competitions and events. Assist where appropriate to integrate with Melbourne Storm and NRL to promote NRL Victoria through media platforms and networks

Responsible for the growth of rugby league in North-West Melbourne & South West WA, with key indicators around participation, growth, club development, supervisors of casual game development staff Engagement with remote communities and clubs in Pilbara, Kimberley and Cocos and Christmas Island Territories - sport monitoring for the Western Australia Sport Dept. Assisting with the delivery of special events and tournaments such as the Harmony Cup, Rugby League Nines and annual inter-regional competitions. Promotion and marketing of community level programs (social media, customised and flyers & posters etc). Overseeing Casual workforce in the specific regions. Coordinating junior competitions and delivering clinics and gala days in school and local communities

Establishing relationships with 'cold' schools & building on pre-existing relationships. Delivering/facilitating clinics and gala days in schools and local communities. Communicating with external organisations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes (i.e.Grill'd-Sponsorships, Carlton FC- Player Visits). Assist in data entry & updating contact data base for the AFL VIC Northern (NFNL).
