Summary

I am a hard-working and dedicated student at the Australian National University working towards a Law Degree. Further, I have an immense amount of customer service experience within various sectors such as hospitality, education, and food/beverage. This varied exposure has equipped me with a versatile skill set, allowing me to excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

In my role as a Support Resident at my residential college, I am responsible for the well-being and support of 15 residents. This role requires me to oversee community-building initiatives, mediate conflicts, and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Working collaboratively within a broader student leadership team, I help establish, model, and uphold college standards and values. This position has taught me the importance of accountability, discretion, and effective problem-solving, all of which I apply daily in both personal and professional settings.

In addition to my leadership experience, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence. I am proud to have received awards for outstanding academic performance in recent semesters at ANU, which reflect my dedication to personal and professional growth. My legal studies focus on human rights law, a field I am deeply passionate about. This passion will soon translate into hands-on experience as I prepare to volunteer at the Youth Law Clinic in Canberra in 2025, where I will assist in providing valuable legal education and support to young people.

I have professional hospitality expert with proven skills in mixing and serving beverages, managing bar inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong focus on team collaboration, adaptability, and achieving high-quality results. Skilled in providing exceptional service, handling high-pressure situations, and maintaining clean and organised workspace. I'm known for reliability, flexibility, and creating positive experiences for patrons.

My key values are loyalty, integrity, respect for others, as well as authenticity. These principles shape the manner in which I approach my academic, professional, and personal life. I believe in creating strong connections and working within a social and vibrant atmosphere.
