• Ensure the quality of products from production to finished product as per standards and company specifications
• Work together with the Quality, R&D and production team focusing on quality output that meets customer expectations with agreed standards and specifications
• Conduct physical inspection and sensory tasting on raw materials and finished products
• Monitor workflow procedures and work within different area to make improvements
• Communicate with production employees and senior management about any quality concerns and problem solving
• Maintain all documentation in relation to quality procedures and HACCP plans to ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Document, control and report on the non-conformance and Corrective Action Requirements (CAR's) within the parameters of the Quality Management System
• Assist in quality internal GMP audits, HACCP enquiries, and respond to any customer complaints

• Assist in new product development in alignment with approved briefs
• Preparation of new formulation in the lab and their tasting
• Sample preparation for client submission, assessments, and reference
• Accurate documentation of different assessments, reports, and projects
• Quality assurance assessment and shelf-life assessment
• Organoleptic evaluation of new and existing products and their documentation
• Compliance with legislative and company policy requirements
• Maintenance of the lab including cleaning, calibration of equipments and stock control of lab consumables

• Quality inspection and analysis of raw materials, inline materials, and finished products which generally involved daily analysis of moisture, fat, protein, and microbiology
• Maintain a record of all the analyses and reporting to the quality head
• Work together with the production team to ensure that quality standards are maintained
• Assist quality manager in internal audits
• Assist in new product development and bench top trials
