• Schedule daily workload and generate work schedule plans.

• Responsible for the certification and coding of all heavy lift assets and ensuring the periodical renewal of certificates.
• Ensure that all necessary spare parts for heavy lift assets are coded and cataloged and that the necessary inventory is stocked in the warehouse.
• Conduct extensive inspections of sub-contractor-supplied equipment, maintenance records, lifting equipment certificates, etc., before mobilizing.
• Monitor lifting operations to ensure they are being carried out according to the approved Rigging Study, established Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Job Safety Analysis, including revising and re-approving any changes to the working documents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance/project teams for lifting operations, transportation, erection, and all site activities. Deliver presentations to the site team to demonstrate how the lifting plans are to be used. Monitor the Subcontractor's Task Instruction/Toolbox Talk before performing any lifting operations.
• Provide technical expertise, identify the necessary training required to implement safe rigging/lifting operations, and support and encourage the practical application of competency-based development.
• Demonstrate initiative in resolving both immediate and long-term site issues regarding Rigging and Lifting systems and their practical implementation.
• Attend client and company management meetings on and off-site regarding site rigging issues.
