I have been working within the grounds of the school for the past 3 years and have covered many areas within my role. Maintaining the lawns and gardens surrounding the school, assisting within the ag plot and some general maintenance as requested. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environments. Recognized for taking proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, with focus on optimizing processes and supporting team objectives. I am very capable of working unsupervised or working within a team environment. I feel that this is the area of employment that suits me and I would like to further my career options within this filed.
