Current - Casual Brand Activator for Coles Relay Team I have been working as a casual merchandiser/brand activator for Creative Activations and Strikeforce AMC, contracting to Coles for the past 5 years. My main focus is customer service delivery to meet Coles objectives in store as directed by Coles National. I always strive to deliver a high standard of service and my stores can always rely on my excellent service delivery. In 2020 I was the only WA company representative to receive the highly recognized “Good things Start here Award” for Coles Greenwood. The award was “for all your work throughout the year always with a smile, and excellent with both team and customers, well done.” Fitness I am also extremely passionate about Health and Fitness, “it is my life” I continued to instruct small group Fitness classes till mid June 2022 and have also coached Foam Rolling classes/workshops for recovery, mobility and fascia release for 6 years. Self Employed in own business – Tailored Fitness Personal Training in Duncraig. In April 2017 I sold my Personal Training / Fitness studio after 10 years of trading. I built and managed all aspects of the business with a team of personal trainers and a solid client base of 150 -200 clients. I operated as an over 35’s fitness business personally conducting all initial consultations and regular follow ups with clients to help them with goal setting and a plan/ program to ensure long term client satisfaction. I offer a connection with the older clientele and relate to the challenges that injuries, joints and mobility issues with ageing often presents. I am 53yo and up until 1 year ago I participated in Crossfit functional Fitness for 10 years. I have various exercise restrictions and am very trained in managing these with recommendations for optional and scalable exercises. There is always a way for exercise longevity and optimum health Degree qualified with a Marketing Major. I have been employed in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry for 10 years prior to running my own business. My latest role was as National Business Development Manager and National Business Trade Marketing Manager for the Australian market leading international specialty cheese company Lactos. This position gave me a huge opportunity to develop many tools for the sales force whilst working with external buyers, account managers and sales force to ensure successful adoption of many of these merchandising and planogramming projects. A team driven culture developed my customer focus and people management and skills. I have demonstrated my performance driven attitude progressing through roles over the years from Sales Representative to Trade Marketing Analyst, Account Manager and then at a National company level Marketing Administrator Trade Marketing Manager and National Business Development manager.
