• Planning engaging lessons and units of work that align with the curriculum, address individual student needs, and respond to data analysis insights.
• Planning and implementing differentiated instruction and accommodations to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Fostering effective communication and collaboration with teaching partners to ensure cohesive and enhanced teaching and learning experiences.
• Collaborating with parents, support staff (EALD, STIE, PLL), and external agencies (hearing specialists, speech therapists, OTs) to provide optimal learning opportunities for students.
• Integrating technology into lessons using iPads, laptops, OneNote, and other digital tools.
