I am an experienced Paediatric Emergency Nurse Practitioner with expertise in paediatric illness and injury. I have extensive experience in adult emergency medicine, both as a Registered Nurse and NP and I am currently the NP Lead for The Victorian Virtual Emergency Department. which provides me with management experience. I am a strong advocate for best practice adherence and delivery of patient and family focused care in accordance with evidence based, relevant and current practice. I am self motivated and show initiative whilst also having the ability to collaborate with medical and nursing colleagues. I have developed the ability to work autonomously and maintain professional accountability at all times. I have proven clinical and theoretical knowledge, I am an effective communicator and work well within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Clinically this role involves seeing, diagnosing and the treatment of paediatric patients via a virtual platform, providing Victorian families with timely and expert access to healthcare outside that of a physical Emergency Department.
