  • Provide safe delivery of advanced nursing care to patients at home whom have a malignant haematologcial disease, whom require blood product support and monitoring, require a comphrehensive physical assessment, medication review, education and ongoing support throughout their treatment journey
  • Deliver effective communication skills in order to provide patient centered care with medical teams, allied health, palliative care and other services such as the Leukaemia Foundation, ambulatory care unit (ACU) and Home Seals Collection.
