Skill Profile

I am currently working in a casual position in a Café as an All Rounder. My previous position was as an Operations Officer, which I completed in September of 2023, for the brokerage firm, Moody Kiddell & Partners. I completed my Bachelor of Liberal arts, majoring in both literature and Theology. Through the experience of both work and study I can perform and build skills that not only enhance but contribute in a positive way to any workplace. I have developed critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills which have given me the ability to analysis problems and events in a critical and accurate manner.

In my recent work experiences as an Operations Officer, I am able to demonstrate my abilities by thorough analysis of files, accurate data entries, time managements and close communications with stakeholders and team mates. It calls for a critical approach to a high demand flow of requests that require accurate and trust worthy written and verbal responses.

As of 2021, I completed my Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts at Campion College. While at university I learnt the valued skills of critical thinking, analysing of data, authentic source materials while still upholding the truths of the Catholic faith. During the time at Uni, I invested myself and was able to demonstrate my energy and talents by gaining a Community Engagement and Leadership Award. The award shows that I was able to not only manage my studies but also enthusiastically contribute to the community in a positive and meaningful manner.

I have good social skills from my current employment and previous experience at university. I believe it is important to greet everyone warmly and politely, while being attentive to their needs so I can provide them with the best results. I have a positive attitude and good communication skills. My previous work experiences shows that I can work well in team situations and equally capable to perform well independently when required.
