- Inaugural member of Avenel Artists Cooperative (2012).
- Secured Regional Arts Victoria and Junior Landcare grants for an environmental arts project (mural) at Seymour Hospital - in collaboration with Seymour primary schools (2007).
- Volunteer strategic development of a new Eco-psychology course at Monash University, Graduate School of Environmental Science: Social and Sacred Ecology, seeking to explore connections between people, place, meaning and environmental activism (2001).
- Invited to join Consultant Committee for Museums Australia’s new Sustainability Policy – released 2003.

- Curator of group exhibition, Lake Gnotuk, an embedded history. Toured by NETS Victoria. (An environment/art project promoting protection of a unique volcanic lake precinct) (2004).
- Awarded a Museums Australia, Professional Development Grant, for three weeks travel to Scandinavian galleries and museums, assessing environmental sustainability in a Museum context. Produced research report for Museums Australia (Victorian branch) through Monash University, Greening Museums and Galleries, (2001).
- Voluntary Coordinator of public art project at the 2001 Treeproject Blue Devil Day, community arts festival.
- Curator, opening exhibition for newly renovated McClelland Art Gallery. Environment/arts exhibition, Organic: Sculptural Form / Natural Landscape (1999).
