My role is growth-oriented, supporting CEOs to shape their group strategy, clarify their value proposition and build a strong pipeline of prospective members. I lead the front-end business development process, working directly with CEO prospects to qualify, engage and convert leads into committed members. I collaborate closely with each Chair to launch new groups, accelerate time to critical mass and ensure strong member fit and long-term sustainability.
