I led the design and delivery of wellness programs and visitor experience initiatives for leading retreats including Golden Door, Gwinganna and Martinsville Valley Lodge. Reporting to General Managers, I used customer insight and cross-functional collaboration to elevate experience standards, achieve a 64% return rate, 4.5-star TripAdvisor ratings and highly rated, research-led programs that drove repeat visitation and service excellence.
