Tasks undertaken include serving patrons, bar tendering, taking food and drink orders electronically, table service (delivering meals and collecting dishes), bar and restaurant set up/pack up, assisting with kitchen clean up, waitressing at special events such as weddings.

Youngster is an organisation that provides IT support to mostly elderly cliental. I helped provide support in how to use different IT devices such mobile phones, I-Pads and general programs including Microsoft Word.

Assisted in food preparation, cleaned dishes and cooking equipment, general cleaning of the shop, laundry and end of day pack up and lock up of the store.

Tasks undertaken included operating the cash register, assisting with customer enquiries, sorting and labelling items for sale.
