I am the founder and current managing director of a community non-profit organisation that focuses on elevating and celebrating the Philippines cuisine in Australia. The organisation creates campaigns and events highlighting local businesses owned by migrant Filipinos, cooks and chefs who have the passion in the Philippines' culinary culture.  As the managing director, I am responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring projects and campaigns comply with the organisation's mission and vision, represent and produce partnership with other organisations, community groups and businesses and leading projects and campaigns, developing templates for tracking and evaluation


I also actively volunteer in my local council events - previously part of the committee organising the Cork and Fork Festival Ryde Council, Granny Smith Festival and was assigned photographer at the Hunters Hill Food and Wine Festival. Also participated as Customer Engagement Officer at the Biennale Festival Sydney at Cockatoo Island.
