  • Acted as Manager of the Peer Support Coordination Unit supporting 950 PSO's statewide. The role focused on leadership and people management, communicating strategic direction, increasing social support, and, coordinating and liaison with regional areas for training.

  • Individually led an employer-of-choice project for the division that included evidence-based research, stakeholder interviews, market scans, a thematic analysis, recommendations and evaluation to improve divisional outcomes

  • Supported in re-developing the Peer Support Officer program, including communications and liaising with other allied health stakeholders.
