- At St James, I was employed as a barista for the school. I eventually was asked to step into classrooms as a Learning Assistant with year groups ranging from prep to year 12. This led me into studying for the qualification. I was offered a full time position in the senior school, focusing on year groups from grade 7 through 12. this year, I was assigned to a year 7 class to help multiple individuals with ISPs. 5 lessons a day, 5 days a week. This gave me the opportunity to really engage with students who had all different ways of learning and behavioral issues which I enjoyed.
