• Master's research project, Monash University, BDI, February 2025, August 2025. Deciphering the Molecular Basis for Heterogeneity in BRAF mutant colorectal cancer. Performed various experiments such as DNA extraction, PCR amplification, cell culture, and microscopy. Performed immunology experiments such as immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and Opal Multiplex Immunohistochemistry on tissue slides. Cultivated organoid cultures according to established protocols for cytotoxicity assays Performed data analysis using different software, such as GraphPad Prism, Excel, and HALO software for spatial analysis. Created presentations summarizing findings from data analysis.

• Università degli Studi di Padova - September 2023, December 2023, Padua, Italy. Conducted a research project on the biochemical analysis of cells from a patient with mitochondrial syndrome caused by a mutation in the ISCA2 gene, gained expertise in cell cultures of fibroblasts, cell counting, western blotting, flow cytometry, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), analyzed and interpreted experimental data using GraphPad for statistical analysis and graph creation, contributing to a deeper understanding of mitochondrial dysfunction in the context of genetic mutations, laboratory.
