Daily responsibilities:
· Reporting to the general manager and managing external estimating team.
· Be responsible for the management of the pre-construction of commercial and residential projects ranging from $20M - $50M.
· Prepare and maintain a complete scope of work, BOQ, RFI, and returnable schedule.
· Recommendations to the General Manager regarding preliminaries, risk/opportunity, and margin allowances for tenders.
· Prepare any variations during construction.
· Be able to maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Negotiate and finalize quotations, including assessing and approving claims.
· Hand over detailed tenders with traceability and support into pre-contracts and delivery.

· Organize the team to complete the tender of about 60-70 projects every year and complete them accurately and on time with a high bid-winning rate.
Daily responsibilities:
Reporting to the Owner, in a team of 3 estimators.
· Prepare estimates, cost plans, and budgets.
· Receive records and compare subcontractor and supplier bids.
· Prepare preliminary estimates.
· Develop and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships and database.
· Generating Purchase Orders, BOQ, Estimating.
· Prepare handover documents.
· Supervise, train, and mentor cadets and junior estimators.
· Negotiate with clients and consultants, following submission of tender and prior to acceptance.
· Maintain estimate document control and filing system and databases in both hard copy and electronic.

· Participated in the whole life of 200,000 m2 of residential and commercial projects, and signed contracts with a total value of more than 500 million.
· Promoted from a junior estimator to vice cost manager, excellent team management.
Daily responsibilities:
· Prepare feasibility study report based on design drawings and estimate the preliminary cost;
· Estimate project budgets and create cost detailed plans for cost control and management purposes based on the construction technical documents and construction drawings;
· Communicate with various project stakeholders e.g., architects, construction teams, engineers, and cost consulting company to coordinate the project and ensure progress aligns with the planned schedule;
· Review and verify contractor’s qualifications, to ensure only contractors with high quality are selected for the project;
· Prepare RFQs, BOQ , and base price;
· Review tender commercial bids and CTRs during tendering/bidding phase;
· Prepare contracts according to corresponding Acts/company management codes, and resolve T&C clarifications;
· Estimate cost variations during the project execution phase and assess corresponding impacts to the whole project;
· Audit project payments versus the project progress status;
· Prepare final cost statements and assess financial return;
· Control/monitor budget and cost during the entire life cycle of projects and provide advice for cost reduction at any stage of the project.
Be proficient in MS Office suite, Aconex, Cubit, and Bluebeam takeoff software
