In June of 2024 I was offered the opportunity to work under one of Townsville’s biggest Law Firms 31 Sturt Chambers. During this period, I worked under the criminal defence Barrister Clair Grant and was given several study cases to review as well as watching and helping with errands in court proceedings. Furthermore, I was offered by Barrister Kellie Mythen to assist with assessing police body cam footage and writing summaries to help provide other perspectives and clarity for the Barrister. Overall, through this I developed corporate skills in assistant work and was an excellent experience.
