My daily duties in the office include answering customers phone calls and assisting them with price and details about cables, assisting customers in regards to their orders, inputting orders into the system, receptionist duties, being the first point of contact for any customers that come into the office, communicating with external customers, transferring calls to colleagues, sending out emails and responding to any complaints. Liaising with freight services to follow up on deliveries, communicating with different freight services on a daily basis in a high paced work setting. Managed approximately over 30 incoming calls and emails per day from customers.
