I am a current Registered Nurse student at USC Gympie, due to complete the Bachelor of Nursing Science in August 2024. I have had experience as a student in Respiratory/Infectious Disease and General Practice, and am due to complete vocational placement hours in an Acute Services Unit and the Internship in the Emergency Department. I completed my Enrolled Nursing Diploma at Tafe East Coast QLD in December 2021. I have completed AHPRA's recommended number of vocational placement hours including, Aged care, Cardiology/Endocrinology and a Surgical ward. I currently work at Hader Clinic Queensland Private Hospital - Drug and Alcohol Detox and Rehabilitation as a Enrolled Nurse.

Completed the Diploma in Nursing with Tafe SCHI in December 2021. I have completed placement experience in Aged Care, the Cardiology and Endocrinology Unit SCHU (26/05/21 - 20/06/21), and the Surgical Unit Nambour (06/10/21 - 30/10/21). I received positive feedback on all placements for workload prioritization and outstanding verbal and written communication. I feel my skills are particularly well-suited to this position because I am on my way to completing my Registered Nursing and am still learning and developing my skills as a Enrolled Nurse. I believe I have the type of knowledge to succeed in this role and at this company because of my experience as an EN with additional skills and knowledge as an RN student. I have completed further placements as an RN student in the Respiratory and Infectious Disease Unit SCHU (12/06/23 - 02/07/23) and the Gympie GP Clinic (27/11/23 - 17/12/23). I am due to complete a placement in the Acute Services Unit Gympie (11/03/24 - 07/04/24) and the Emergency Department Gympie (03/06/24-28/07/24) for the internship.
